"RAS has made the transferring of files very easy. In the past we had to worry about the safety of transferring files through emails or we had to get clients to bring the disk to us. Then sometimes the disk was bad and the backup had to be brought to us again.
The worst part was making sure the backup when returned to the client was properly restored. RAS accomplishes the transferring and restoring features without the client having to do any procedures except push a button.
If there are any problems all we have to do is email RAS and they take care of it. It has been a huge timesaver for us.
